View from the Abyss
There was an abyss, an infinite echo of possibilities without the suffering of existence.
The truest of Day Dreams.
Until the infinite overlapped, the impossible mass imploding unto itself until some sparked,
And dared to explode.
Such a small light in the vastness of what could have been,
dared to become something.
Now I suffer because I've become something too,
a shadow dancing to the flicker of ambition.
A light reached from within the void, and for a moment, despite its vast abyss, the darkness felt small.
